The buyer confirms that the seller’s invoice and these sales terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between the parties regarding the sale of the products listed in the invoice. No other terms, such as those in the buyer’s purchase order or other communications, shall be binding for the seller unless explicitly approved in writing by the seller.
The seller accepts the buyer’s order by sending a confirmation via email or by otherwise confirming the delivery of the goods or by the buyer otherwise notifying their acceptance in accordance with applicable law.
ParfymHandel.se reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products, and correct any pricing or factual errors on our website or in our advertisements. Prices listed on the website are inclusive of Swedish VAT unless otherwise stated. Customers outside of Sweden are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all delivery dates are estimates. The seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the specified timeframe but cannot be held liable for delays beyond the seller’s control, such as force majeure, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The method and shipping method will be determined by the seller, unless the buyer provides explicit instructions in a timely manner. The buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage to the goods from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.
ParfymHandel.se reserves the right to change or withdraw offers or terms, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice to you or third parties. We also reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before it has been processed.
Customers outside Sweden are responsible for paying any VAT and customs duties that may apply upon import. All prices on the website include 25% Swedish VAT for customers within Sweden, while customers within the EU will not be charged customs duties but may still be subject to local taxes.
The seller guarantees that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery. If no specific warranty is provided for the product, no other warranty shall apply. The buyer must notify the seller immediately if a defective product is found.
The buyer confirms and agrees that the seller’s liability for any claims related to the products shall not exceed the amount the buyer paid for the products on the invoice. This limitation applies even if the seller’s liability is fully or partially due to negligence or other forms of carelessness. Under no circumstances will the seller be held liable for indirect damages or losses.
In accordance with the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days from the date you received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in an undamaged and unused condition, including the original packaging. Returns that cause depreciation or unclaimed packages may incur a return fee of 15% of the product's value, with a minimum fee of 250 SEK. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act.
The buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the seller harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from the buyer’s actions or negligence, including but not limited to breaches of these terms.
Payment can be made via credit card, online banking, or invoice. Payment terms for invoice purchases are 14 days. To order on invoice, the buyer must be over 18 years old, registered in Sweden, and approved in the credit check conducted during the purchase. The invoice will be sent separately to the email address provided during the purchase. In case of non-payment, the invoice may be transferred to Klarna for further handling.
This agreement shall be interpreted and governed by Swedish law, excluding its conflict of law principles. The parties explicitly exclude the application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any disputes will be resolved in a Swedish court, and if the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be resolved through arbitration under Swedish law.
